针对有短期特殊供电要求的区域电网或重要负荷，尝试在其特殊运行方式制订过程中引入可靠性评估环节。依据《中压配电网可靠性评估导则》，运用故障后果分析法，对各运行方式进行可靠性指标分析，为选择最优运行方式提供准确技术依据。%Special modes of operation of the distribution network are applied in regional networks with short-term spe-cial power supply requirements or some important load.This paper introduces the reliability evaluation of the modes.According to the Guidelines for the Reliability Evaluation of the Medium-voltage Distribution Network,by means of the FMEA,it also analyzes the reliability indexes of each mode and provides accurate technical basis for the selection of the optimal one.
