600 MW机组配风改造降低锅炉生成及结焦的原因分析

         

摘要

针对某电厂2×600 MW机组锅炉存在的SCR进口浓度高、翼墙结焦严重的问题,提出配风改造方案,在翼墙增加配风口,改造后的SCR进口浓度下降明显,翼墙结焦得到缓解。%In order to solve such problems in the boiler of the 2×600MW units in a power plant as the high NOx concentration at the inlet of the SCR and the coking of the wing wall,this article puts forward relevant upgrading scheme for the air distribution. With the supplementation of outlets on the wing wall,there has been an obvious reduction in the concentration at the inlet of the SCR and the coking of the wing wall has been mitigated.
