从高职院校新任青年教师专业能力现状出发,分析新任青年教师职业能力发展的瓶颈因素,提出国家应健全高职新任青年教师的保障制度、学校应当为新任青年教师发展创造条件,并且引导青年教师积极追求自我专业发展。%Based on the current situation of professional competence of new young teachers in vocational colleges ,this essay analyzes the bottlenecks which restrict their vocational ability development as well as putting forward relevant strategies such as implementing and improving state-level guarantee system for them,creating school-level conditions for their development and steering them towards positive pursuit of professional development.
