With growing social competition,a complicated and unpredictable social environment,information updating at a increasingly fast rate and even more dramatic social changes, college students are more urgently required to have better social adaptation.This essay introduces the construction of the index system for college students'social adaptation as well as the analyses of the individual data based on the fuzzy evaluation theory,which underlie the in-dividualized cultivation of college students'social adaptation.%在日益加剧的社会竞争和纷繁莫测的社会环境下，信息更新速度不断加快，社会变革愈加剧烈，社会对大学生适应其运行发展的要求更为迫切。通过构建大学生社会适应能力的指标体系，采用模糊评价理论，对个体数据进行分析，为大学生社会适应能力的个性化培养提供依据。
