浅析高职市场营销专业人才培养方案的差异化定位

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of homogeneity in the personnel training of marketing majors in vocational colleges, by taking account of the development characteristics of both power industries and power equipment indus- tries,this essay presents relevant suggestions on the differentiated construction of the major( power oriented)as well as its reform in the aspects of the personnel training objectives, the reform of the curriculum system, the improvement of the conditions for experiments and practice, the construction of the teaching staff and the teaching approaches.%针对目前高职院校市场营销专业人才培养中存在的同质的问题,结合电力行业和电力设备行业的发展特点,从人才培养目标、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、实验实训条件建设、教学方法和手段等几个方面进行探讨,旨在对高职院校市场营销专业(电力方向)的差异化建设与改革实践提供借鉴。
