This essay introduces the curriculum reform of the course of Electric Motor Technology which is called "A Teaching Mode Integrating Action-orientation with Diversification". It mainly introduces the items and contents of the reform, the implementing strategies in classroom teaching, the teaching methods and the teaching cases. The goal of the reform is to improve the effectiveness of both teaching and learning as well as developing students' basic abili- ties to solve the motor-related problems.%根据我国高职高专学生实际情况,参照Zimmerman自主学习理论,结合以往研究成果,完成《高职高专学生自主学习量表》的初步编制。通过因素分析发现,高职高专学生自主学习量表可以提取出学习策略、自我督查、自我控制和自我效能4个因子。对量表进行信、效度检验的结果表明,该量表具有较好的信、效度指标,可用于今后高职高专学生自主学习的研究。
