Taking the regional power grid of Beibei power supply bureau for example,based on the analyses of the current situation of the power grid,existing problems and the factors influencing the regional power development,this essay puts forward solutions and suggestions on the district-level power development planning with rapid economic development in those regions in the aspects of establishing the principles,emphasizing phase analyses,sticking to appropriate advanced development,combining long-term and short-term targets,realizing the coordination and deepening the preliminary work of the construction,to make the planning scientific,developable and enforceable.%以重庆市电力公司北碚局供电区域电网为例,在分析电网现状、存在问题及影响区域电力发展因素的基础上,对如何搞好经济快速发展条件下的区级电力发展规划中的确立原则、重视阶段分析、坚持适度超前、远近结合、实现协调、大力深化建设前期工作等方面,提出相应的对策和建议,以确保规划的科学性、发展性和实施性。
