Based on the current situation of the model of international vocational education,this essay puts forward the basic ideas and the systematic framework of an integrative,multi-level and open teaching model.Besides,this essay studies the integrative teaching model combing teaching,learning and practicing,the structure of the multi-level project-based practical teaching system,and the construction of the open environment for online autonomous learning,practice and teaching management.%从国际职业教育模式现状分析,提出了＂一体化、多层次、开放式＂教学模式的基本思路和体系架构,深入研究了＂教、学、做＂一体化的教学方法,＂多层次＂项目实践教学体系的构成,＂开放式＂网络自主学习环境、实践环境和教学管理环境的建设途径。
