影响男子跳远成绩主要运动学参数的定量研究--基于中外优秀运动员的对比分析

         

摘要

通过收集部分中外优秀男子跳远运动员起跳阶段的主要运动学参数,运用平均数分析、样本T检验、相关分析和因子分析等方法,对运动成绩与主要运动学参数之间的内在关系进行定量研究.结果表明:踏板速度、腾起垂直速度、腾起角度与跳远成绩显著相关(P<0.01);腾起初速度与腾起水平速度均在第一主成分的公因子上,此类参数反映了运动成绩91%以上的信息量;我国选手的有效距离利用率(实测成绩与实跳距离之比)高于国外选手,但助跑速度和腾起角度均低于国外选手(P<0.01)).因此,进一步提高我国运动员的助跑速度,发展运动员的腿部力量、增强起跳能力进而增大腾起角度,是提高我国选手运动成绩的关键所在.%By collecting the main kinematic parameters of some Chinese and foreign elite male long jumpers at take-off stage, and using the mean analysis, sample T test, correlative analysis and factor analysis, the intrinsic relationship between the performance and the main parameter of kinematics is studied quantitatively. The results show that the pedal speed, jumping vertical speed, jumping angle are closely related to the long jump achievement (P<0.01));the initial jumping speed and rising levels of speed are the foremost principal component factor, which reflect more than 91% information of the movement result, initial jumping speed and jumping angle. Chinese athletes’ effective distance utilization rate (ratio of measured results to real jump distance) is higher than that of foreign players, but their run-up speed and jumping angle are lower than that of the foreign athletes(P<0.01). Therefore, the key to raise our athletes’ sports performance lies in further improving the run-up speed of our athletes, developing the athletes’ leg strength, enhancing the jumping ability and optimizing the jumping angle.
