An unique percolation phenomenon has emerged in the development process of the sandstone reservoir with strong water sensitivity when it is compared with conventional ones. By means of water-drive percolation experiments and physical flow analysis,this paper takes the actual rock sample from strong water sensitive reservoir for example, and has explored the anomaly of relative permeability curve in the water/oil displacement process as well as its influence on the reservoir development.%以强水敏砂岩油藏实际岩样为例，通过水驱油渗流实验和渗流物理分析，探讨强水敏砂岩油藏水驱油过程相对渗透率曲线异常现象及其对油藏开发的影响。
