党的十八大报告提出建设美丽中国，实现中华民族永续发展的宏伟目标。建设“美丽中国”是当代中国生态文明建设的目标，而建设生态文明不仅要靠物质方面的进步，也需要精神道德意识层面的提升。生态文明建设蕴含着复杂多样的道德问题。因此，公民生态道德建设对实现“美丽中国”目标具有十分重要的意义。本文以湖北武陵山区生态文明建设为例，分析生态道德建设的历史必然性和现状，从生态道德视角探索推进湖北武陵山区生态文明建设的路径。%The party’s “The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC”report proposes to build a beautiful country,aiming to achieve Chinese nation’s sustainable development.Building“the beauti-ful China”is contemporary goals of China’s ecological civilization construction.But ecological civili-zation construction not only depends on the material progress,but also needs to enhance the level of spiritual,moral and awareness.Ecological civilization construction implies complex and diverse ethi-cal issues.Therefore,citizens’ecological morality has very important significance on “the beautiful China”target.In this paper,taking HuBei Wuling Mountain Region’s ecological civilization con-struction as example,we analyze the historical inevitability and status quo of ecological morality,try-ing to promote Wuling Mountain Region’s ecological civilization construction from the perspective of ecological morals.
