From the overall consideration of the supply chain ,this article analyzes the various factors of influencing supply chain members to select commercial banks from the perspectives of qualitative and quantitative by analytic hierarchy process ,establishing evaluation system impact indicators .The results show that ,from the perspective of the supply chain ,the supply chain of financial products is the main factor ,followed by asset size and security capabilities ,when supply chain selects commercial banks .%文章从供应链的整体考虑，应用层次分析法从定性和定量两个角度分析了影响供应链成员选择商业银行的各种因素，建立了影响指标的评价体系。结果表明，从供应链角度出发，供应链选择商业银行时供应链金融产品是主要影响因素，资产规模和安全能力其次。
