A current-mode second-order band-pass, high-pass band stop, and low-pass band stop circuits using MO-CCCDTAs are given. Moreover, a current-mode sixth-order elliptic band-pass filter is realized by cascade method. The circuit uses only three MO-CCCDTA s, one CDTA and seven capacitors. The parameters of the circuit can be tuned electronically by tuning bias currents. The results of computer simulation show the analysis method is valid and effective.
