It is a necessity to reform the evaluation system of college English in order to culti-vate students with actual application ability, and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. This article points out that some approaches in the process of teaching and learning should be strengthened. Those methods and approaches include non-paper testing, man-machine interaction, perfect evaluation system and separation of teaching and examination.% 要培养具有英语实际应用能力的学生，提升教学质量，改革现有的大学英语评价制度势在必行。本文提出，大学英语无纸化考试、人机对话、构建完善的课程评价机制，教考分离等方式方法，应该在大学英语教学中得到进一步加强。
