Construction quality specifications play an important role in assuring construction quality. It is necessary to give more computerized support to the construction quality inspection against specifications. Considering the lack of semantic information in the traditional specifications modeling, an ontology-based quality specifications semantic modeling approach is explored. Firstly, this paper classified the knowledge points contained in clauses into two types: the constraints information and the context information. The semantic ontology model for the context information is established, and the specifications can be semantically annotated with ontology concepts. Finally, the semantic retrieval rules are designed, and a prototype system is developed for the specification semantic retrieval.%建筑工程质量管理规范条文是质量监控的主要知识源,规范条文的计算机建模与检索应用对于从管理角度支持工程质量监控,提高效率具有重要意义.论文在分析规范条文所蕴含的知识点基础之上,将条文知识分为约束和情景两类,并着重考虑情景信息的表达和利用.构建本体对规范条文情景信息进行建模,通过本体概念对条文情景信息进行语义标注,实现规范条文情景信息的语义表达；基于标注信息设计规范条文语义检索规则,实现基于本体的语义检索；最后,开发基于本体的规范条文检索原型系统,并介绍了系统的结构和功能.
