目的:观察针刺联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效.方法:将80例患者查随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规降糖处理,对照组40例给予甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上予以针刺治疗,观察治疗前后临床体检症候总积分、神经传导速度变化及临床疗效.结果:两组患者经过治疗后运动、感觉神经传导速度明显提高(P＜0.05),治疗后治疗组神经传导速度高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组临床体检症候总积分低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率87.5％,对照组总有效率67.5％,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:针药结合能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床体检症候总积分,提高病损神经传导速度,临床疗效明显.%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Mecobalamin tablets for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin tablets,and 40 cases in the treatment group were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The total score of clinical examination symptom,the changes of nerve conduction velocity and the clinically curative effect were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity and the sensory nerve conduction velocity were increased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),and the total score of clinical examination symptom was decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05).There was a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate was 87.5％ in the treatment group,and in the control group it was 67.5％.There was a significant difference between two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with medicine can effectively improve the neurological symptoms and signs and improve nerve conduction velocity.The effect is significant in clinic.
