痛经乃妇科常见疾病，其发生与冲任失调、胞宫周期性的生理变化密切相关，该病证型在临床上多见于肝郁气滞、寒凝血瘀、气血虚弱等。李志道教授治疗本病采用胞宫五穴和三阴交为主穴，临证选用不同配穴，疗效极佳。%Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease , which is closely related to the dysfunction of Chong and Ren meridians as well as the periodical and physiological changs of uterus .In clinic , the clinical types of dysmenorrhea are commonly found in the conditions of Qi stagnation due to depression of liver , or blood stasis due to condensation of cold , or weakness of Qi and blood .As to the treatment, Professor LI Zhi -dao mainly applies the five acupoints of uterus and SP 6, accompanied with different acupoints according to the clini-cal types and the therapy has a good therapeutic effect .
