目的:探讨电芒针背俞穴透刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征 (CFS)的临床疗效.方法:随机选取60例黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院"治未病"中心门诊CFS患者, 随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例, 治疗组采用电芒针透刺法治疗, 对照组采用普通针刺法治疗.治疗3个疗程, 对治疗前后两组进行疲劳量表评分、SF-20评分, 并评价疗效.结果:经过3个疗程的治疗, 两组治疗前后疲劳量表评分均下降, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.01), 治疗后治疗组明显优于对照组 (P＜0.05) .治疗组记忆力注意力下降、淋巴结肿大胀痛、头痛、睡眠障碍等次要兼证治疗后明显下降 (P＜0.01), 治疗组治疗后总分明显低于对照组 (P＜0.05) .两组治疗后SF-20评分、临床疗效比较, 差异有统计学意义.结论:背俞穴芒针透刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效优于普通针刺治疗.%Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of point-to-point electro-needling back-shu points with elongated needle in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods: 60 cases of CFS were randomly divided into the treatment group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with point-to-point electro-needling with elongated needle; the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture. After three courses of the treatment, scores of fatigue scale and SF-20 were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: After three courses of the treatment, the scores of fatigue scale were decreased in the two groups (P ＜ 0. 01); of which the treatment group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). The scores of secondary accompanied symptoms, such as decreased memony and concentration, swollen and painful lymph nodes, headache, and sleep disorder, were significantly lowered after the treatment in the treatment group (P ＜ 0. 01); of which the scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). There were statistical differences in SF-20 score and clinical efficacy between the two groups after the treatment (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of point-to-point needling back-shu points with elongated needle is better than ordinary acupuncture when treating CFS.
