Objective To study the clinical effect of side midline osteotomy for treatment of wide nasal deformities. Methods Midline osteotomy under local anesthesia in infraorbital nerve was performed in forty - three patients with nasal dorsum and cheek width and side angle of dorsum, and their results were compared before and after surgery on adverse effects and satisfaction of patients after surgery. Results The width of nasal dorsum after surgery was significantly narrowed than that of preoperation ( P ＜ 0.05 ), the angle between nasal dorsum and cheek side was significantly changed and it was significantly higher than that before operation ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The satisfaction of patients to this kind of surgery was 81.4％. Conclusion Side midline osteotomy can effectively change the side width of nasal deformities, it has rapid postoperative recovery and it can improve the appearance of patients.%目的 探讨旁中线截骨术治疗宽鼻畸形的临床效果.方法 选取43例宽鼻畸形患者,在眶下神经局部麻醉下行旁中线截骨术,比较手术前后患者鼻背宽度和鼻背侧面与颊部角度,以及手术不良反应和患者术后满意度.结果 手术后鼻背宽度较术前明显缩窄(P<0.05),鼻背侧面与颊部角度较术前明显变高(P<0.05).43例患者术后均I期愈合,未出现感染、出血等严重不良反应.对手术效果满意者占81.4%表示,对手术效果表示一般者占9.3%,对手术效果不满意者占9.3%.结论 旁中线截骨术是改变患者宽鼻畸形的有效方法之一,术后恢复快,对改善患者外观有很大作用.
