目的 探讨银杏叶片对遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(aMCI)患者的临床疗效及对可溶性糖基化终末产物受体(sRAGE)和可溶性低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白1(sLRP-1)的影响.方法 将124例aMCI患者分为观察组62例与对照组62例,对照组口服尼莫地平片,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏叶片.比较2组患者治疗前后MoCA评分、sRAGE和sLRP-1变化及不良反应发生情况.结果 2组治疗后MoCA评分均提高,且观察组治疗后提高更显著(P＜0.05).2组患者治疗前血浆sRAGE、sLRP-1水平比较无显著差异(P＞0.05);2组患者治疗后血浆sRAGE显著升高而sLRP-1显著降低(P＜0.05);观察组患者治疗后血浆sRAGE显著高于对照组,而sLRP-1显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 银杏叶片对aMCI患者的临床疗效明显,可升高血浆sRAGE,降低sLRP-1.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo leaf tablets in patients with forgotten-type mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) and its effect on soluble glycosylated terminal product receptor (sRAGE) and soluble low-density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein 1 (sLRP-1).Methods A total of 124 patients with aMCI were divided into observation group (n =62) and control group (n =62),treated by nimodipine tablets (30 mg) three times a day,ginkgo leaf tablets for 3 times a day,respectively.The changes of MoCA score,levels of sRAGE,sLRP-1 and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of MoCA were improved in both groups after treatment,and the observation group improved more after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.0 5).There was no significant difference in plasma sRAGE and sLRP-1 levels between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),but the plasma sRAGE increased and the sLRP-1 level decreased after treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Plasma sRAGE was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,while the sLRP-1 level was lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo leaf tablets have a significant clinical effect for aMCI patients,which can increase level of plasma sRAGE and decrease sLRP-1.
