目的 探讨内外侧联合入路三钢板治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效. 方法 对26例SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者采取前外侧联合内侧倒L形切口、植入3块锁定钢板固定骨折块治疗,必要时于干骺端植骨. 结果 26例均获得随访,时间10~18个月. 骨折均骨性愈合. 根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评价标准评分:优17例,良8例,可1例. 结论 内外侧联合入路三钢板治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折暴露充分,操作简单,保护骨折断端血供,坚强固定,可早期功能锻炼,可作为治疗复杂胫骨双平台骨折的首选方法.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of posteromedial combined with anterolateral approach and three plates in the treatment of Schatzker type Ⅴ,Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures. Methods Three locking-plates were performed in 26 patients of Schatzker typeⅤ,Ⅵtibial plateau fracutures via posteromedial combined with posterolat-eral approach with inverted L-shaped incision. Artifical bone were implanted in the tibial metaphsis if necessary. Re-sults 26 cases were followed up from 10 months to 18 months. All cases were of fully bone healing. In accordance with the Rasmussen knee function evaluation criteria,the results were excellent in 17 cases,good in 8,and fair in 1. Conclusions Posteromedial combined with anterolateral approach and three plates can fully expose the fractured bone,shorten the duration of operation,provide better mechanical stability,which allows early postoperative functional exercise and have satisfaction of clinical curative effect.
