糖尿病专业教育和儿童糖尿病的治疗

         

摘要

近年来我国的糖尿病教育,作为一个专业学科发展迅猛.教育在糖尿病长期的治疗中发挥巨大作用,它是糖尿病临床研究和实践之间的界面.贯彻以患者为中心的理念,使糖尿病治疗计划得以完美实施.但是我国儿童糖尿病的治疗各地区不统一,虽有指南但是仍以各中心经验为主,缺乏糖尿病专业教育人员.目前新的糖尿病治疗探索以胰岛素制剂和方案为多,部分研究致力于固本培元的方法,虽有部分突破,但从长远的应用方面尚有待评价.%Diabetic education as an academic subject develops well In recent years in China. Diabetic education is an interface between clinical research and practice, and it affects the treatment of some other chronic diseases. It follows the philosophy of putting the patients at top priority, and making the diabetic management implemented perfectly. Nowadays, the problem is thai there is no consensus for the diabetic treatment on different areas. The mainstream diabetic treatment for children is based on local experience instead of published guidelines. The shortage of diabetic educators for children is another problem. New methods of diabetic treatment are on novel insulin preparations and someare on improving the insulin procuction,however,the long term benefit needs more evaluation.
