Objective:To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of stigma experi-ences and impact scale-consumer version( SEIS-C)in remitted psychiatric patients. Method:A total of 157 remitted psychiatric patients were administered with SEIS-C,stigma scale for mental illness( SSMI-C),quality of life questionnaire for psychiatric patients( QOL-P ),and social-adaptive functioning evaluation( SAFE ),50 patients were randomly selected and re-assessed with SEIS-C 7 days later. Cronbach’sαcoefficients,correlation analyses and exploratory factor analyses were used to assess the reliability and validity of SEIS-C. Results:Cronbach’s α coefficients of the stigma experience( SE)and stigma impact( SI)subscales were 0. 81 and 0. 90,respectively. The 7-day re-test reliability coefficients were r=0. 95 and r=0. 89,respectively. Exploratory factor analyses showed that both subscales SEIS-C had unidimensional feature. Criterion-related validity coeffi-cients of SE and SI subscales for SSMI-C,QOL-P,and SAFE were r=0. 72 and r=0. 45,r=0. 56 and r =0. 66,and r=0. 51 and r=0. 59(p≤0. 012),respectively. Patients with schizophrenia had significantly higher SEIS-C scores than those with other mental disorders;SE:[(7. 66 ± 3. 03)vs.(4. 23 ± 1. 87),p﹤0. 001;SI:(4. 75 ± 2. 10)vs.(2. 80 ± 0. 31),p﹤0. 001]. Conclusion:SEIS-C has good reliability and good validity and can be used promise as a quick method for assessing stigma experience in psychiatric patients.%目的：评价精神障碍患者耻感体验及影响量表（ SEIS-C）中文译本的信度和效度。方法：157例缓解期的精神障碍患者完成SEIS-C、精神疾病病耻感量表中文版（ SSMI-C）、精神病人生存质量量表（ QOL-P）和社会适应功能评估量表（ SAFE）测评，随机抽取50例患者7 d后进行SEIS-C重测。用Cronbach’s α系数、相关分析和因子分析评价SEIS-C的信效度。结果：SEIS-C耻感体验（ SE）和耻感影响（SI）分量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.81和0.90，两分量表间隔1周的重测信度系数为r=0.95和r=0.89。探索性因素分析显示SEIS-C两分量表均具有单维度特征。SEIS-C量表SE和SI分值与SSMI-C、QOL-P和ASFE的校标关联系数分别为r=0.72和r=0.45，r=0.56和r=0.66，r=0.51和r=0.59（p≤0.012）。精神分裂症患者SE和SI评分显著高于其他精神障碍患者[（7.66±3.03）vs.（4.23±1.87），p﹤0.001；（4.75±2.10）vs.（2.80±0.31）]，p﹤0.001]。结论：SEIS-C中文译本具有满意的信度和效度，是一个可用于测评精神障碍患者耻感体验及影响程度调查的有效工具。
