Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thymopeptide α1 on cellular and humoral im-mune functions in the treatment of patients with AECOPD. Methods A total of 60 eligible patients were selected, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional therapy, while the observation group was additionally given thymopeptideα1. The changes in cellular immunity indices ( CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+ /CD8+) and humoral immunity indexes ( IgG, IgA, and IgM) before and after the therapy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no signifi-cant difference in CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+ /CD8+, IgA, IgG, and IgM levels, between the two groups (P>0. 05). 2 weeks after the therapy, they all improved in the two groups, but the improvement was more pronounced in the ob-servation group than in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . In the observation group, 17 patients were responsive to the therapy excellently, 10 patients were improved, and 3 patients were unresponsive to the therapy. In the control group, 12 patients were responsive to the therapy excellently, 11 patients were improved, and 7 patients were unresponsive to the therapy ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Thymopeptide α1 combined with conventional therapy can strengthen cellular and humoral immune functions, and improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of AECOPD patients.%目的 探讨胸腺肽α1治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效,以及对患者免疫功能的影响.方法 选择符合标准的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组加用胸腺肽α1,比较两组患者治疗前后细胞免疫指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+)和体液免疫指标(IgG、IgA及IgM)的变化.结果 治疗前,两组患者血清CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及IgA、IgG、IgM水平均相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者血清CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及IgA、IgG、IgM水平均改善,但是观察组患者改善幅度更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者显效17例、好转10例和无效3例;对照组患者显效12例、好转11例和无效7例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者在常规治疗的基础上加用胸腺肽α1,可以增强患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能,改善临床治疗效果.
