Objective To analyze the expression of miR-150-5p/362-5p and its diagnosis value in peripher-al blood monocytes from individuals with latent tuberculosis infection ( LTBI ) . Methods The study selected 25 people with LTBI as the study group and 25 healthy people as the control group. Their expression of miR-150-5p and miR-362-5p was determined in peripheral blood monocytes, and U6 snRNA was used as house keeping gene. In fur-ther, the diagnosis value of miR-150-5p and miR-362-5p was evaluated with ROC curve. Results The miR-150-5p expression was much higher in the study group than in the control group (15. 95 ± 1. 79 vs 7. 09 ± 0. 52, P<0. 01), and the miR-362-5p expression was much lower in the study group than in the control group (2. 11 ± 0. 19 vs 4. 94 ± 0. 51, P<0. 01). ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of miR-150-5p was 0. 80 and 0. 80 respectively, and it was 0. 88 and 0. 76 for miR-362-5p. Conclusion The expression of miR-150-5p and miR-362-5p is totally different in peripheral blood monocytes among LTBI and HD, which has certain reference value for diag-nosing LTBI.%目的：分析miR-150-5p和miR-362-5p在结核菌潜伏感染者( LTBI)外周血单核细胞中的表达水平,并探讨其诊断价值。方法选取LTBI人群和健康对照( HD)各25例,应用TaqMan qPCR测定其外周血单核细胞中miR-150-5p和miR-362-5p表达水平,以U6 snRNA作为内参。应用ROC曲线评价miR-150-5p和miR-362-5p诊断LTBI的效果。结果 miR-150-5p在LTBI人群中的表达水平为(15．95±1．79),显著高于HD(7．09±0．52),差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)；miR-362-5p在LTBI人群中的表达水平显著低于HD(2．11±0．19 vs 4．94±0．51),差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。诊断LTBI的ROC曲线分析表明,miR-150-5p的敏感性、特异性分别为0．80、0．80；miR-362-5p的敏感性、特异性为0．88、0．76。结论 miR-150-5p、miR-362-5p在LTBI和HD人群外周血单核细胞中表达存在显著差异,对LTBI辅助诊断具有一定参考价值。
