Objective To evaluate the clinical and pathological characteristics of 31 cases of yong lung cancer with non - pulmonary appearances as the initial symptomps. Methods Clinical data of 31 cases of yong lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 31 caess, appearances of nervous system as the the initial symptomps were in 7 cases ( 22.6% ), bone pain in 9 cases ( 29. 0% ) , abdomal symptoms in 3 cases ( 9. 7% ) , heart disease in 2 cases ( 6. 5% ) , joint swelling and pain in 3 cases ( 9. 7% ) , muscular stiffness with fever in 2 cases ( 6.5% ), supraclavicular lymph nodes swelling in 3 cases (9.7% ), gynaecomastia in 1 case ( 3. 2% ) and oedema legs in 1 case ( 3. 2% ). Conclusion The initial symptoms of some young patients with lung cancer are not typical and may be misdiagnosed. It is very important to identify those symptoms in making early diagnosis.%目的 探讨以肺外表现为首发症状的青年人肺癌的临床及病理特点.方法回顾分析青年人肺癌31例的临床资料.结果 31例中,以神经系统症状为首发的共7例(22.6%),骨痛9例(29.0%),腹部症状3例(9.7%),心脏症状2例(6.5%),关节肿胀疼痛3例(9.7%),全身酸痛伴发热2例(6.5%),锁骨上淋巴结肿大3例(9.7%),男性乳房发育1例(3.2%),双下肢水肿1例(3.2%).结论 有些青年人肺癌首发症状不典型,容易发生误诊和漏诊,早期诊断很重要.
