热伴流氧质量分数对稀释CH4/H2射流火焰影响的数值模拟

         

摘要

This article uses the customκ-εmodel and selects the EDC model based on a detailed chemical mechanism Gri-Mech 3. 0 to simulate the combustion process of a CH4/H2 jet flame in hot coflow. Compared with the experimen-tal results,the simulation results verify the rationality of the numerical model. By changing oxygen mass fraction of hot coflow in simulation calculation,the influence of diluted oxygen mass fraction on combustion efficiency and pollutant emissions is studied. The research shows that under the diluted condition,the highest temperature of reac-tion zone and CO emissions increase linearly with the increase of oxygen mass fraction of hot coflow,while NO emissions increase exponentially.%采用自定义的κ-ε模型,选择基于详细化学机理Gri-Mech 3.0的EDC模型对CH4/H2混合燃料热伴流射流燃烧过程进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果相吻合.通过改变模拟计算中的热伴流氧质量分数,研究在稀释条件下氧质量分数对燃烧效率和污染物排放的影响.结果表明,在稀释条件下,反应区的最高温度和 CO 排放量随着热伴流氧质量分数的增大呈线性增长,而NO的排放量呈指数增长.
