Any resource is relative to some subject. In the study of economics,the most important and fun-damental subject is human. However,we could not take a"black box" of the people as the logical start-ing point of economic analysis,we must consider the people’ s knowledge structure’ s impact on the con-cepts of resources. The possession of resources is wealth. With the development of modern society,The technical information of resource and wealth is more and more,so we need more and more technical infor-mation when we use resources and wealth. The demand of technical information for inherited wealth is relatively less,mainly kinship. But the knowledge and skills for using wealth could not be inherited genet-ically,which led to the separation between the ownership and the right to use the resources and wealth,as well as a series of complex issues related to this.%资源是相对于主体而言的。在经济学中研究中，最重要和最基本的主体就是人。但是，不能把作为“黑箱”的人作为经济分析的逻辑起点，必须考虑人的知识结构对于资源概念的影响。资源的占有即为财富。随着现代社会的发展，科学社会化和社会科学化，资源和财富中所包含的技术信息越来越多。这就要求对于资源和财富的利用需要越来越多的技术信息。财富的继承所需要的技术信息相对较少，主要是血缘关系，而使用财富所需要的知识和技能所不能通过生殖遗传，由此导致了资源与财富的所有权与使用权之间的分离以及与此有关的一系列复杂问题。
