With the rapid development of electronic commerce, China Posthave launched the e-post project. we have studied it and constructed a shipping-based value-added electronic commerce system for China Post in our project. This paper described the analysis and design of the system, including the goal, architecture, function, network topology and implement of it. All these provide a reference for China e-post project.%随着电子商务的迅猛发展，中国邮政启动了电子邮政工程。我们立项对此进行了探索，并构建了一个基于运递增值服务的电子商务系统。本文介绍了该系统的分析与设计，包括系统的目标、总体架构、功能、网络拓扑结构和实施。所有这些对中国电子邮政工程有一定的参考价值。
