含氮杂环聚芳醚砜酮羟基化改性及性能

         

摘要

Poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) containing thephthalazinone moiety copolymer can be hydroxylated with NaBH4 in DMAc. The reductive PPESK(PPESK—OH) is fully characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The properties of PPESK—OH are shown with the measuring inherent viscosity, contact angle (water), glass transition temperature (Tg) and solubility in different solvents. The results indicate that the presence of the hydroxyl group significantly enhances the PPESK—OH film wettability; and its Tg becomes higher than PP ESK′s, which gives it good thermal stability. Nevertheless, the solubility of PPESK—OH has also been changed. It can be soluble in DMAc, NMP, DMF and m-cresol, not soluble in chloroform, NB, TCE solvent.%以NaBH4为还原剂对含有二氮杂萘酮结构的聚芳醚砜酮(PPESK)进行羟基化改性,并用FT-IR和1H-NMR对还原后的聚芳醚砜酮(PPESK—OH)的结构进行表征.通过测定玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、水接触角和溶解性,研究还原后聚合物的性能变化.结果表明,随还原程度加深,PPESK—OH的Tg逐渐升高,由529.6K升至571.3K,耐热性能有所改善;亲水性能增强,当还原率为54.8%时PPESK—OH的水接触角为52.6°;PPESK还原前后的溶解性能有很大变化.
