碳化硅晶须增强铝复合材料扩散焊的研究:焊接表面状态...

         

摘要

By using a Gleeble-1500 thermal and mechanical material testing machine, the authors have welded the Al-Matrix composites material by the diffusion welding method, and studied the effects of the surface treatment conditions of the joint before welding on the joint performance and painted out there are a lot of the different surface treatment conditions. These influences and the influence excessively by high grinding of the surface of joints before welding are helpful to raising the strength of the joint in vacuum diffusion welding. The suitable grinding with suitable welding parameters, the joint strength can reach 90% of that of the base material, and also studied the reason thoroughly by using SEM. XRD. etc.
