Uhrathin multilayer films of a polyoxometalate cluster H3PMolzO40（PM012） and a fluorescence dye （ST） have been prepared by the layer-by-layer （LbL） self-assembly method. The PMo12/ST muhilayer films have been characterized by X- ray photoelectron spectra （XPS）, infrared spectra （IR）, and fluorescence spectra. UV-vis measurements reveal regular film growth with each PMo12/ST adsorption and the difference between multilayer and PMo12/ST mixture solution. Fluorescence spectra showed that polyoxometalates caused the fluorescence decay of dye, which maybe used as fluorescence sensor.%我们采用层接层自组装技术将多金属氧酸盐H3PMo12O40（PMo12）和有机荧光染料藏红（ST）组装成多层复合膜。除了对膜进行UV—vis光谱，XPS光谱，IR光谱，荧光淬灭性质的表征外，还对膜进行了原子力显微镜表征。进一步深入的讨论了有机染料的荧光淬灭性质，为有机染料荧光淬灭性质的应用提供了有用信息。
