Previous studies have shown that pharmacological activity of Callicarpa nudiflora include anti-inflam-matory, antibacterial, cytotoxic activity and enhance immunity.It has been widely applied in the treatment of acne vulgaris, various types of infections, allergic purpura, herpes zoster, different types of bleeding ,fractures, irregular menstruation and lymphatic.To further clarify the effect and safty of Callicarpa nudiflora , the pharmacological activity and clinical application of Callicarpa nudiflora have been reviewed in this paper.%裸花紫珠的药理活性主要有止血、抗炎、抑菌、细胞毒活性和增强免疫等。临床用于痤疮、各类型感染、过敏性紫癜、带状疱疹、不同类型出血、骨折、月经不调、淋巴结核等治疗。为进一步明确裸花紫珠的用药安全，本文通过查找文献，收集数据，就裸花紫珠的药理活性及临床应用进行系统的综述，为今后相关研究及临床治疗奠定基础。
