基于最小二乘法的数据采集仪电压校准系数提取方法

         

摘要

针对传统线性校准系数只适应开放性操作不适用于黑匣子采集模式的电压数据校准,且只能使用通过原点的直线获得校准系数,不能消除非线性误差的问题,提出了基于最小二乘法的数据采集仪电压校准系数提取方法.该方法采用最小二乘法原理建立与所有参数点相关的数学模型,将数学模型的系数作为电压曲线的校准参数.实验验证表明,利用该系数建立的数学模型与参数点相关性很好,可有效消除非线性误差,校准后的电压数据更接近于实际真值,激活段的数据准确率可以提高20%以上.%The traditional voltage calibration coefficients based on linear calibration only adapts to open opera-tion but the black box data acquisition mode.Been obtained by the straight line of the origin,the traditional voltage calibration coefficients can not eliminate the nonlinear error.To solve the problem,a new method based on the least squares method was proposed for the voltage calibration coefficient of data collection instrument. This method established a mathematical model based on the least squares method with all the relevant points and used the coefficients of the mathematical model as calibration parameters for the voltage curve.Experiments showed that the mathematical model have good correlation with the relevant points and could effectively elimi-nate nonlinear error.The voltage data are closer to the actual true value after calibration as well the data accura-cy of the activation phase can be increased by more than 20%.
