侵彻战斗部引信前后置过载的影响因素

         

摘要

The overload influence factors of front or rear end fuze in the penetrating warhead was researched,the sim-ulation model of warhead penetration into reinforced concrete target was set up by ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the axial over-load change situation of front or rear end fuze in the penetrating warhead with warhead structure and penetration state and target state was calculated using the simulation model.It was concluded that the axial overload peak value of front fuze was bigger than the rear end fuze,the overload peak ratio between front fuze and rear end fuze rised with the in-crease of ratio of length to diameter or target strength,and the front fuze could meet the actual use requirements when the bearing overload ability of the front fuze was as two times above as rear end fuze.%针对侵彻战斗部采用前置或后置引信存在的差异问题,研究了侵彻战斗部引信前后置过载的影响因素。应用 ANSYS/LS DYNA程序建立了战斗部侵彻钢筋混凝土靶仿真模型,计算了侵彻战斗部采用引信前置或后置时引信轴向过载峰值随战斗部结构、侵彻状态、靶标状态等的变化情况,得出引信前置轴向过载峰值大于引信后置轴向过载峰值,且两者比值随着战斗部长径比的增加、侵彻速度和侵彻着角的降低、靶标强度的增加而增大的结论,并推断出同一战斗部中前置引信的轴向抗过载能力需达到后置引信的2倍及以上时可满足实际使用要求。
