The external ballistics was influenced by the projectile structural characteristics parameters,and the limit ballistic environment can’t be calculated accurately.A method of fitting and researching mathematical dis-tribution of projectile’s structural characteristics parameters according to the measured data was proposed in this paper.A 1 55 mm caliber projectile’s axial centric position and mass obeyed normal distribution and Weibull dis-tribution,moment of inertia of the equator obeyed Weibull distribution.To improve shot-intensive,part of the dimensional tolerances on projectile were tightened,then the projectile’s polar moment of inertia obeyed normal distribution and weibull distribution,mass obeys weibull distribution.%弹丸的结构特征数直接影响弹丸外弹道飞行运动,而结构特征数极限值影响引信在外弹道的极限力学环境。针对工程中难以得到弹丸结构特征数极限值,提出利用榴弹结构特征数实测数据拟合其数学分布并进一步研究其分布特性的方法。155 mm 榴弹结构特征数中,质量和质心轴向位置同时服从正态分布和Weibull 分布,赤道转动惯量服从 Weibull 分布;为改善射击密集度对弹体部分尺寸公差加严后,极转动惯量同时服从正态分布和 Weibull 分布,质量服从 Weibull 分布。尺寸公差加严后除质心位置外的其余结构特征数散布均变小。偏心距极小值为零,极大值为0.35 mm。
