针对引信碰合开关存在焊线与开关内、外极断开，虚焊时无法检测问题，提出基于电容特性的引信碰合开关无损检测方法。该方法利用碰合开关具有的电容特性，通过检测碰合开关的电容值判断开关塑封总装后焊线是否与开关内、外极断开或虚焊。理论分析和实测结果表明：该方法有效解决了碰合开关出现焊线断开、虚焊时无法检测问题，提高了产品的质量，具有一定的工程指导意义。%In view of that it could not be detected that the fuze crush switch was welding line and crush switch inner and outer extremely disconnected or virtual welding.This paper presented a nondestructive testing method based on capacitance characteristics of fuze crush switch.The method used capacitance characteristics of the crush switch,through testing capacitance value of the crush switch to determine whether a switch after the en-capsulation assembly welding line and crush switch inner and outer extremely disconnected or virtual welding. Theoretical analysis and measured results showed that the method effectively solved the problem of welding line disconnected,virtual welding of crush switch,and improved the quality of the products.
