运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地考察法,对“三自主”体育教学模式进行研究分析。得出:(1)“三自主”体育教学以“运动参与”、“身心健康”、“社会适应”为其基本目标。课程结构涵盖课内与课外俱乐部教学两部分。(2)当前我国的“三自主”教学“自主选课”环节存在较强的局限性。(3)结构的不完善导致功能的缺失,“三自主”教学“改善学生身体素质”的功能尚未体现。在此基础上提出一系列的发展建议。%Taking badminton,table tennis teaching of Anhui University as research obj ects,the paper uses the method of literature,expert interviews and participant to study the implementation of triple independ-ence teaching model.The curriculum structure contains two parts both in and out of class.Through analy-sis,we can find the model can enhance physical and mental health of students,foster participation of sports and social adaption of students.But the link of autonomous course-taking has serious defects.The curric-ulum structure rough edges undermines the function of the teaching model.And we can not find the teach-ing model can enhance physical quality of students.
