聚(改性精氨酸/N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)水凝胶敷料的制备与性能

         

摘要

The novel P (M-Arg/NIPAAm) hydrogel dressings have been synthesized by free radical copolymerization of modified L-arginine (M-Arg) and N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAAm) monomers using N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as cross-linker,and preloaded in antibacterial agent chlorhexidine.The structures of the M-Arg and the interior morphological structure of hydrogel are characterized via nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR),Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The properties of antibacterial and swelling kinetics of the hydrogel dressing are studied by swelling test,drug cumulative release and antibacterial tests.The results show that the hydrogel dressings with different monomer feed ratios have different thermoresponsive properties and the novel P(M-Arg/NIPAAm) hydrogel dressings have a long-term efficacy against bacterial as well as drug sustained-release properties.%以改性精氨酸(M-Arg)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,通过自由基共聚,并预载入抗菌剂洗必泰,制备出新型P(M-Arg/NIPAAm)系列水凝胶敷料.通过核磁共振(1H NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了M-Arg的结构和水凝胶的表面形态结构;利用溶胀率测试、药物累计释放、抗菌测试研究了水凝胶敷料的溶胀及抗菌性能.研究结果表明:不同单体投料比合成的水凝胶敷料具有不同的温敏性;新型P(M-Arg/NIPAAm)水凝胶敷料具有良好的抗菌和药物缓释性能.
