A systematic study of the effects of processing parameters on fiber diameter is accomplished, including polymer temperature, air temperature, air pressure, collecting distance, polymer flow rate. In the experiments, polypropylene nanofibers with average diameters less than 0. 5 μm are produced by a laboratory scale single orifice melt blowing apparatus on the viable processing conditions. Variance analysis of the experiment results is done. The results reveal that polymer temperature, air temperature, air pressure, collecting distance and polymer flow rate can significantly influence the fiber diameter.%以聚丙烯为原料,通过自行设计的单孔熔喷法试验机,对聚合物熔体温度、热空气温度、空气压力、接收距离、聚合物流量参数进行设定,得到平均直径低于0.5μm的熔喷纤维;同时对试验结果进行方差分析.研究结果表明,聚合物的熔体温度、热空气温度、空气压力、接收距离、聚合物流量对纤维直径影响显著.
