基于改进层次分析法的核电站故障诊断方法

         

摘要

In order to improve the accuracy of alarm triggered fault-diagnosis expert system in nuclear power plant, Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (IAHP) based on optimal transfer matrix was proposed to comprehensively calculate each sign weight of belief rules under the alarm trigger, and the alarm triggered fault-diagnosis expert system of the nuclear power plant based on signs weighted rules was built in this paper. The deterministic faults are artificially inserted into the nuclear power plant model, then the faults are diagnosed by different diagnostic methods based on signs weighted or no signs weighted respectively. The diagnostic results of the example showed that the fault types diagnosed by the two methods were consistent with the fault types inserted into the nuclear power model artificially. However, the diagnostic method based on signs weighted has higher credibility in the conclusion, and the accuracy of diagnostic results can be greatly improved.%为提高核电站报警触发式故障诊断专家系统的准确性,提出基于最优传递矩阵的改进层次分析法,对报警触发下置信规则的各征兆权重进行综合计算,建立基于征兆加权规则的核电站报警触发式故障诊断方法.在核电模型中人为地引入确定性故障,分别利用基于征兆不加权和征兆加权的不同故障诊断方法进行诊断,实例计算结果表明:2种方法诊断出的故障类型均与在核电模型中引入的故障类型一致,而基于征兆加权的诊断方法得出的结论置信度更高.
