Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on heart rate variability(HRV)of patients with cardiac Syndrome X by Holter electrocardiogram.Methods:27 patients with cardiac Syndrome X were randomly divided into acupuncture group(n =14)and control group(n =13).Clinical effect and HRV were evaluated respectively by TET(treadmill exercise test)and Holter electrocardiogram.Results:HRV was significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on neiguan points can significantly improve HRV of patients with Cardiac Syndrome X.%目的 观察针刺内关穴对心脏X综合征(CSX)患者的心率变异性的影响.方法 27例CSX患者随机分为针刺组14例和对照组13例,针刺前及针刺后4周分别进行平板运动试验,并记录24h动态心电图,评价针刺内关穴治疗CSX的疗效及患者心率变异性指标的变化.结果 两组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著改善(P＜0.05),最大ST段水平下移幅度较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 针刺内关穴对CSX患者心脏自主神经功能及运动耐量有明显改善作用.
