建筑行业组织需要知识管理，目前国外已开展较多的建筑行业知识管理研究工作。在三阶段检索过程的基础上，对发文数量、主要期刊、重要论文、研究主题、研究框架和研究方法等进行分析，从而全面掌握建筑行业知识管理的研究现状。进而关注该领域的科研合作特征，绘制科研人员间、研究单位间和跨国的科研合作网络。采用线性函数拟合作者、单位、国家和发文数量的增长趋势，进行简单的数量增长预测。并在184篇文献研究展望归纳的基础上，提炼出10个未来具有潜力的研究方向。%Knowledge management is required in construction industry. Currently there are many achievements on knowledge management in construction. In the framework of three stage retrieval,indices such as number of papers,main publications, important papers,research themes,research framework and research methods were analyzed to comprehensively understand the research status. Furthermore,the collaborative networks between researchers,research institutions and countries were respectively mapped to reflect the characters of collaboration. In addition,the number of author, institution,country and paper were plotted and their increasing trends were simply predicted. Finally,by summing up the future research work of the total 184 papers,ten potential research orientations were proposed.
