基于物元分析法的施工项目管理绩效评价模型

         

摘要

With the extensive application of project management as the core operating system of production,construction project management performance evaluation as a key element of construction enterprises are being paid more and more attention. In order to evaluate the performance of engineering project management more effectively,and to improve the project management level of construction enterprises,this paper builds a construction project management performance evaluation system on the basis of relative literature.And then analytic network process is used for determining weight of the performance. Finally the mater-element analysis is used to establish a performance rating model for the construction project management system which is judged by association degree function in matter element analysis method and indicated the level of project performance with a quantitative rating.The established construction project management assessment model is used to evaluate a residential project and verify the feasibility and practicality of the model,so as to provide a reference for the construction enterprise project management performance evaluation.%随着以项目管理为核心的生产运营体系的广泛应用,施工项目管理绩效评价作为项目管理的关键内容,受到了越来越多施工企业的关注。为了更有效地对施工项目管理进行绩效评价,提高施工企业的项目管理水平,通过文献浏览构建了一套施工项目管理绩效评价指标体系,采用网络层析分析法确定绩效指标权重。将物元分析法应用于建筑企业施工项目管理绩效评价中,利用关联度函数进行评判,以定量的等级表示项目绩效的高低程度,并结合某住宅建设项目对该模型进行实证分析,验证了模型的可行性和实用性,从而为施工企业项目管理绩效评价提供参考。
