Based on DEA-Malmquist productivity index, the total factor productivity(TFP)of 29 listed Chinese large-scale contractors in 2012 is estimated during the period of 2007-2011. The result shows that the average annual growth ratio of total factor productivityis -3.2%,the overall trend is increasing first and then declines. This indicates that the productivit of 29 contractors generally have not improved significantly during the five years. Their performances are achieved by extensive scale expansion rather than intensive productivity implementation. And the enhancement of productivity mainly relies on technical efficiency improvement, not ontechnical progress. Finally,the technical efficiency and technological progress changes are analyzed,and recommendations are given.%采用基于DEA的Malmquist生产率指数测算了2007~2011年中国29家2012年上市的大型承包商的全要素生产效率，发现TFP年平均增长率出现了负增长率-3.2%，总体趋势先升后降。说明29家承包商5年来的生产率总体上并没有得到提升，可知这些承包商在上市前后的效益增长并没有通过集约型的生产率增长实现，主要依赖粗放型规模扩张实现；生产率提升并没有依靠技术进步而主要依赖技术效率的提升。最后对技术进步和技术效率的变化进行了分析，并给出了针对性的建议。
