Filtration performance of metal fiber sintered felt for dust in electric furnace steelmaking was studied by experi⁃ments. The relationship between different filtration accuracy and performance parameters were compared under the same filtra⁃tion velocity and dust concentration. The influence of different filtration velocity on dust cleaning efficiency was researched. The results showed that the dust concentration reduced from 30g/m3 inlet to 3.6mg/ m3 outlet using metal fiber sintered felt with 15um and under the filtration velocity of 1.5m/min, the filtration efficiency of metal fiber felt reached 99.99%.%采用金属纤维烧结毡进行除尘性能实验研究,实验采用不同过滤精度的金属纤维毡对电炉炼钢粉尘的过滤性能进行研究。在相同喂入粉尘浓度和过滤风速下,对比了不同过滤精度与过滤性能参数的关系,不同过滤风速对金属纤维烧结毡剥离率的影响。结果表明,当入口粉尘浓度为30 g/m3,过滤风速为1.5 m/min时,采用过滤精度为15μm的金属纤维烧结毡进行过滤,其出口粉尘浓度为3.6 mg/m3,过滤效率为99.99%。
