本文综述了番木瓜环斑病毒( Papaya Ringspot Virus, PRSV)的生物学特性、防治措施及抗PRSV转基因番木瓜在国内外研究进展,通过基因转化对番木瓜基因组结构和功能的影响及外源基因整合主要技术方法等内容的阐述,展望了转基因番木瓜的研究前景。%In this review, biological characteristics and control measures of Papaya Ringspot Virus ( PRSV) and research status of PRSV-resistant transgenic papaya were described. The impact of transgene on genome structure and function of genes was expoun-ded, along with approaches on how to study target integration of exogenous DNA. Finally cutting-edge technologies and new insight into transgenic papaya were also discussed.
