‘黄天霸’百合鳞茎低温解除休眠过程中形态和生理的变化

         

摘要

研究了4℃冷藏过程OT百合(Lilium hybrids)品种‘黄天霸’(‘Manissa’)鳞茎形态及相关生理生化指标的变化,结果表明:49d后顶芽生长点距鳞茎顶端小于1 cm,淀粉含量明显下降,可溶性糖、蔗糖和还原性糖含量呈上升趋势(在第49天出现峰值);ABA含量在贮藏初期略有上升,第35天开始明显下降;IAA含量的变化则与ABA相反;GA3与ZR含量的变化规律不明显;激素含量之间比值均在29-35 d明显上升.表明‘黄天霸’百合鳞茎4℃解除休眠的合适时间为49 d,冷藏后29-35 d为其打破休眠的关键时期.%The changes of morphological and physiological indexes related to the dormancy were investigated under 4 ℃ storage condition for the bulbs of Lilium OT hybrids ' Manissa'. The results indicated that the distance from bud growing points to the top of bulb was less than 1 cm after 49 days storage. Starch contents of bulb scales decreased significantly during low temperature storage, while the contents of soluble sugars and reducing sugar increased continuously, and reached the peak at 49th day. ABA content increased slightly during early storage period, and decreased obviously in the fifth week. The change of IAA content was contrary to ABA content. There were no obvious varying rules for GA3 and ZR. The ratios between different hormone contents were significantly increased from 29 to 35 days. The results of this experiment suggested that the appropriate time for ' lilium OT hybrids Manissa' to break dormancy was 49 days at 4 ℃. The period from 29 to 35 days after cold storage was critical to dormancy breaking.
