以生长期为4.0、4.5、5.0、5.5、6.0个月不同成熟度的东方百合籽球为材料,研究(2±0.5)℃下冷藏0、30、60、90、120、150、180d籽球的生理生化特性及其活性的变化情况.结果显示,成熟度高(生长期5.5、6.0个月)的籽球,其淀粉含量高,水分含量低,可溶性蛋白合成能力强,此时籽球的休眠程度深,冷藏过程中呼吸速率低,能有效清除丙二醛(MDA)的累积,降低膜透性,营养消耗少.表明在培育东方百合小籽球时,其植株在田间的生长期需超过5.5个月,以保证籽球的成熟度,籽球在冷藏过程中的生理衰变慢,活性强,其发芽率和活力指数可满足生产要求.%With self-reproducing eastern lily bulb-lets as material,physiological changes and bulb-lets activity of different maturity with growth period of 4.0,4.5,5.0,5.5,6.0 months were investigated at (2 ± 0.5) ℃.High maturity bulb-lets had higher starch content,dormancy degree,soluble protein synthesis ability and lower moisture content.During cold storage its respiratory intensity was low,the accumulation of malondialdehyde could be effectively eliminated,membrane permeability decreased,and nutrition lost less.It was suggested that growth period of eastern lily bulb-lets in field shoud be more than 5.5 months to attain high maturity,so as to insure its physiological activity in the cold storage.
