通过茶枝屑代料栽培试验,比较了10个灵芝菌株菌丝和子实体的生长状况及多糖含量等指标.结果表明:韩芝8号菌株的菌丝生长速度最快,为0.32 cm·d-1;G10033菌株的生物转化率最高,达5.94%:0786菌株的多糖含量最高,为1.45%.经过综合比较分析,初步筛选出韩芝8号、G10033和0786等3个菌株为茶枝屑代料栽培的菌株.%This study compared mycelium growth, fruitbody growth and polysaccharide contents of 10 Ganoderma lucidum strains cultivated with tea cutting. The results showed that the mycelium growth speed of the strain Hanzhi 8 was the highest, being 0.32 cm ? D-1 Average biological conversion of the strain G10033 was the highest, being 5.94%. The polysaccharide content of the strain 0786 was the highest, being 1.45 %. After a comprehensive comparative analysis, the strains of Hanzhi 8, G1OO33 and 0786 were considered to be suitable for cultivation with tea cutting as substract.
